Goals Towards Journeying My Physical, Spiritual, and Psychological Well-being


Physical Well-being:  To maintain a physically active and healthy lifestyle.

Spiritual Well-being:  To follow the direction of my ultimate reality and trust in him completely.

Psychological Well-being:  To better manage my daily stressors and incorporate daily relaxation techniques.

    I really enjoyed reading all your blogs for this week. You put your emotions and feelings into them and they were definitely genuine. I also agree with your goals because exercises very every aspect of wellness is important. We need to be able to train the mind, body, and soul. I believe that your goals show me that you are committed to the task at hand and are willing to do whatever it takes in order to continue to grow as a person.
