ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading all your blogs for this week. You put your emotions and feelings into them and they were definitely genuine. I also agree with your goals because exercises very every aspect of wellness is important. We need to be able to train the mind, body, and soul. I believe that your goals show me that you are committed to the task at hand and are willing to do whatever it takes in order to continue to grow as a person.
